Approach
Most industry problems are solved by turning up consistently, for years, in rooms that are not especially exciting.
My policy and advocacy work has involved government, regulators, consumer groups and other professional bodies. I try to engage constructively with decision-makers of any political persuasion, on the basis that the people living in strata buildings do not change between elections.
